Usually 55 minute sessions, includes treatment planning, diagnosis, and insurance company oversight. Must be licensed in the state you're practicing or receiving services. If you are interested in mental health therapy with Lillian Road Services, send a message to join the waitlist.
Sessions are not time-bound, no diagnosis required, no insurance company dictations, completely private, can be any location in the world. Coach may still be clinically trained and licensed as a mental health professional.Â
Mainly trained or self-made as a coach specifically. Life coaches may not have mental health / clinical training but assist clients on creating dream lives, careers, or relationships.Â
