What is your training?

I have clinical mental health psychotherapy training and am a licensed associate in the state of California. However, since I will not be providing psychotherapy, you do not need to be located in the state of California to receive services.

Will you be providing me mental health therapy?

Not at this time. Mental health therapy is regulated by state boards and are based off of disorder and disease models of care with the purpose of treating pathological symptoms. Though I am have training as a mental health therapist, coaching is a separate service. There will be no diagnosing, treatment planning, or use of traditional coping strategies. If you are seeking mental health therapy services please contact me to be added to the waitlist as this is a service I plan on offering in the future.

How much is the monthly membership?

Coaching can help virtually anyone who feels stuck and needs break through, has goals and need strategy, is alone and needs camaraderie.

The perk of Lillian Road Coaching is complete confidentiality. When using traditional therapy, personal information must be kept and often shared with insurance companies and others who have access to records. With Lillian Road Coaching there is no stored database providing the ability for 100% privacy.
